A Russian cruise missile attack on a military base in Lyutizh, Kyiv Oblast, left at least 15 people wounded, regional head of police Andrii Nebytovsaid in a Telegram post on July 28.
“Fifteen wounded in missile attack in Kyiv Oblast – that’s the current figure,” said Nebytov.
“The consequences could have been much more dire if it weren’t for a timely radar warning.”
Russia launched six Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea, targeting Ukrainian forces in Kyiv Oblast on July 28, with an additional rocket artillery strike from Belarus hitting compounds in Chernihiv Oblast.
