The Bachelorette 2022 cast Logan

Logan Palmer has spoken out about his time as a contestant on The Bachelorette following his shock exit from season 19 of the ABC show.

On Tuesday’s episode of the popular dating series, it was revealed that Logan—who recently switched from pursuing Rachel Recchia to dating Gabby Windey—would not be carrying on in the competition.

After fans saw Gabby enjoying a date with Logan and his fellow competitors in Amsterdam, the group was due to all attend a cocktail party together.

While Gabby was getting ready for the night, however, The Bachelorette host Jesse Palmer knocked on Gabby’s door to inform her that Logan had just tested positive for COVID-19.

The cocktail party was canceled and it appeared that Logan’s dramatic time on the show had come to a surprising end.

Following his exit, Logan, who is from San Diego, took to Instagram to speak about his time on the show. He even offered an apology to Rachel after abruptly switching teams from her to Gabby.

In a lengthy post alongside a black-and-white picture of himself, Logan, 26, wrote to his almost 8,000 followers: “This year I decided to go on a reality dating show. I figured it was something new, it was an adventure. But I came out the other side with much more than an experience. I came out of this with real feelings, strong emotions, lessons learned, and a lot to be grateful for.

Gabby, thank you for taking a chance on me. The stars didn’t quite align with you and I, but I am a better person for knowing you.”

Logan continued: “You both have shaped me into a better man and are so deserving of happiness. I know you will find it with the men you have remaining.
