Ex-U.N. prosecutor urges global arrest warrant for Putin

A man was fatally shot on a Bronx street Thursday morning, according to police.

The victim got into a dispute with two people on Hoe Ave. near E. 174th St., several blocks from Crotona Park, around 10:30 a.m., cops said.

One of the attackers punched the victim while another fired off a shot, hitting him in the chest, police said.

Medics rushed him unconscious to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he later died.

The victim was not carrying ID and cops were working to determine his identity. He was believed to be in his 30s.

No arrests have been made as police track down the people involved.
