No power in 70% Kyiv, water supply partially resumed – Kyiv Mayor

The supply of water has been restored on the left bank of the River Dnipro and partially on the right bank in Kyiv. As of the morning of 24 November, 70% of Kyiv households have no power.

Quote: “Energy technicians and Kyivvodokanal (Kyiv Waterworks) experts have worked all night to restore essential services in the capital.

The supply of water has been resumed on the city’s left bank. We expect that it will be restored in the first half of the day on the right bank.

Around 70% of the capital still has no power.”

Details: Klychko noted that energy technicians are doing everything they can to restore power as soon as possible, but this depends on balance in Ukraine’s power grid.

Kyiv residents are reporting that some households on the right bank of the River Dnipro have power and water, but no heat.
