The Russian invading forces have again drawn in more
mobilized units to the south of Ukraine, The Ukrainian military’s Operational South
Command spokesperson Natalia Humeniuk said on national television on Jan. 25.

“We’re observing mobilization resources arriving again in small batches,” she noted.

The enemy’s need for mobilized personnel has to do with the high losses it is suffering, Humeniuk added.

Early on Jan. 23, the Ukrainian military’s General Staff reported that from Jan. 18 to 21, reinforcements for the Russian invasion forces arrived in the settlements of Vynohradove and Brylivka of Kherson Oblast.

According to the Ukrainian General Staff, the Russian personnel had problems with equipment. In particular, they were armed only with small arms, there were only a few bulletproof vests available for them, and no heavy equipment.
