The roughly half-acre property is on San Vicente Boulevard just north of Montana Avenue, a popular shopping strip, according to listing agent Shelton Wilder of Christie’s International Real Estate. The sellers are Janet and Richard Hunter. Richard is a founder of irrigation manufacturer Hunter Industries.
