Steelers vs Ravens Expert Predictions for NFL Wild Card Weekend

The National League Football playoffs kick off this weekend with six Wild Card matchups.

In the AFC, the Los Angeles Chargers kick things off with a matchup against the Houston Texans, the Pittsburgh Steelers face off against the Baltimore Ravens, and the Denver Broncos are looking to upset the Buffalo Bills.

In the NFC, the Green Bay Packers have a Week 1 rematch with the Philadelphia Eagles, the Washington Commanders are battling the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Minnesota Vikings are taking on the Los Angeles Rams.

The No. 6 seeded Steelers (10-7) are taking on the No. 3 seeded Ravens (12-5) in an AFC North battle.

The Ravens and Steelers met twice this season, with both teams winning their respective home games. The Steelers beat the Ravens, 18-16, in Week 11, while the Ravens beat the Steelers, 34-17, in Week 16.

The Steelers, at one point 8-2, finished the season on a four-game losing streak. The Ravens, on the other hand, finished the season on a four-game winning streak to clinch the division.

The Ravens won a Divisional Round game last season, before losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. The Steelers haven’t won a playoff game since 2016, losing their last five contests. Here’s how the staff predicts this game will shake out.
