MCDONALD COUNTY, Mo. — A two-vehicle crash on Saturday involving a motorcycle and a truck claims the life of a southwest Missouri man.
According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, operated by a 54-year-old Anderson man, was attempting to make a left turn on MO-76, five miles south of Stella, Missouri.
The motorcyclist made that turn in the path of a 2022 Ram 1500 truck, which resulted in a crash.
The crash report says the crash occurred at 7:18 p.m. The Motorcyclist was pronounced dead at 7:47 p.m. Both vehicles were totalled in the collision.
This is the MSHP Troop D’s 102nd Fatality of the year.
