Kyiv Oblast Military Administration has reported that wreckage from a downed Russian target caused a fire on the roof of an apartment block in Kyiv Oblast.

Details: Kyiv authorities reported that the roof of a 25-storey apartment block had caught fire due to the fall of wreckage from a downed Russian target in a settlement of Kyiv Oblast.
